I was born in Suffolk but I live in York, UK. With a cat (who makes a special guest appearance in the novel.) I spend a lot of time in Dublin and West Yorkshire, the former as part of my job, the latter to see my soulmate Nichola.
My favourite colour is green. I like tomatoes. I have an interest in forgotten things: old trackways, folklore, traditions, language, music and beliefs. Also, I’ve just discovered Nando’s, and think it’s brilliant.
